Business Development Manager - ProAV Channel

Bestboard is growing and looking for Business Development Manager who will be responsible for enabling on new channel partners and managing them throughout the life of the relationship.
This includes developing channel strategies from scratch, forecasting our partnership pipeline, engaging them in a partnership and being the face of Bestboard to potential & current partners.
S/he will drive the OBM business in the assigned market.
Job Responsibilities
  1. Proactively ideate, identify, develop, and drive key strategic initiatives that deliver tangible business development results in the territories.
  2. Coordinate and prioritize necessary market research to validate market sizes, key customer/value chain needs, competitor strategies, and brand recognition/positioning with SMB sector
  3. Define and propose GTM strategy that drives strategic focus on new growth opportunities and scalable channel programs to increase business transaction
  4. Use creative yet concise and data-centric presentation skills to persuade channel partners on business opportunities and initiatives
  5. Provide constant and clear communication of objectives, status, tactics and results to all relevant stakeholders
Requirements
  1. 10+ years in OBM sales position in the interactive display industry - Must
  2. Seasoned experience in managing channel partners (distributor/reseller)
  3. Strong relationship-builder, initiator, outstanding verbal and written communication skill
